I write about Identity, Change, gender, recovery,
and the search for somewhere safe to land.
The work moves across five decades, coast to coast.
It is told in fragments the way memory exists: nonlinear, layered, sometimes visual.
In progress
My memoir-in-progress explores what it means to transition, to recover, to move through the world carrying truths that remain invisible, and to finally choose visibility after a lifetime of hiding. Gender transition, addiction and recovery, class mobility, and what it takes to become yourself when you've spent decades making other choices.
